About Our Firm

We are a personable firm consisting of two attorneys, three paralegals, a receptionist  and a billing clerk.  We are highly efficient due to the use of the latest legal software programs to manage client databases, calendaring, deadlines and legal forms.   

One of the most distinguishing characteristics of the Law Offices of Victor M. Castro is the compassionate, non-judgmental, and personalized attention that we give to all of our clients, which includes being sensitive to the financial burden of the cost of legal services.  We treat all of our clients with the utmost confidentiality and personal care, by providing excellent legal services that minimize the painful effects of family and immigration proceedings.  During office hours all calls are answered by a staff person, not a machine.  If the attorneys are available, they will take your calls.  In order to provide prompt service, our staff is trained and strives to assist clients at the time of every call.  If the staff person is unable to assist the client at the time of the call, the staff person or one of the attorneys will return the call the same day.  It is Victor Castro’s strictest policy that all clients are to be treated with the respect and understanding that they deserve and need  during the most difficult times in their lives.

Victor M. Castro has over 27 years of experience handling family law and immigration issues.  However, experience is not enough.  Mr. Castro stays abreast of legal developments by attending continuing legal education seminars and consistently exceeds the requirements set by the State Bar of California.  In his family law cases, he  provides advise on reasonable settlement proposals to try to resolve cases with minimal expense and conflict.   For his immigration cases, he is dedicated to his clients throughout their entire immigration proceeding, whether it be a removal proceeding, family petition or naturalization.  However, if a case cannot settle, he is skilled and experienced at litigating the issues to diligently protect the rights and interests of his clients.
